 Shiloh Cemetery GUIDELINES

1. All burials are underground. No vaults above ground.

2. All fees for (opening, closing, plots and headstones must be paid in advance.)

3. All headstones must be flat or bevel (maximum 36" X 18'' X 10, and approved by the church.) Upright tablets and slants are not approved by the church.

4. Installation of headstones must be done by the church.

5. The church will provide a caretaker for maintaining and the upkeep of the cemetery.

6. The caretaker will remove all flowers as it becomes necessary.

7. A minimum of 72 hours is required for opening and closing.

8. If the Funeral Director is not supplying the set-up (tent and chairs please notify the church Cemetery Representative within seventy-two hours.)

9. Only one body, or remains of one body shall be permitted per grave, except in case of mother and infant or two (2) children in one casket.

10. If the weather does not allow for burial, the body and container will be stored at cemetery site or place provided by the church.

11. No transfer of a plot, or plots shall be made without written permission from the church.

12. All work must be done by the church, including but not limited to grading, and landscaping.

13. Planting of any flowers, shrubbery, grass, decorative rocks etc., is prohibited.

14. A family member must be present at the cemetery at the time of burial.

15. All improvements, and opening and closings are done by the church.
